OSCP Week 8

Week 8 was a little slower, but still progressed a bit with the lab environment.

Finished up the chapter 10 videos (File Transfers), though that will be more useful later in the labs. Also knocked out chapter 11 in the PDF (Privilege Escalation) which was super important, though obviously wildly variable from system to system.

Also got up to 11 total machines in the lab out of the 40 I know about (so far).
